Effective April 2026. Imagine Reading is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (Tax ID 99-5139425). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact forms: your name, email, location, and message content.
• Donations: name and email. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
• Mailing list: email address only.
• Advocate / story submissions: the community resources, district experience, and advice you choose to share, handled according to the privacy preference you select at submission.
• Anonymous analytics: page views, browser type, and general location only.

How we use it

To respond to you, deliver resources you request, process donations, send updates you’ve opted into, and build the national resource hub. We use information only for the purpose you provided it.

What we don’t do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We never share your information with advertisers.
• We never share donor names or giving history with outside organizations.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a minor’s data has been submitted, contact hello@imaginereading.org and we will remove it promptly.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any message or contact us.
